THE BODY ROOM
Pilates is composed of powerful, small, deep muscle movements that improve strength, endurance, balance, and posture. It is a safe and effective practice for people with injuries, pregnant and post-partum, older adults, and avid athletes.
Depending on your goals, even one session a week can make a huge difference! And because it works on deep tissue, its long-lasting effects allow for quick recovery when you are not able to practice often.
Every new client will need to book a free assessment to join us. This initial consultation allows for us to get to know your needs and goals. We will establish a plan of action, introduce you to the space, and the services that we offer.
** If you are pressed for time, please send me a message by email or text to book your Free Assessment along with your first private session. This will be a 1 hour and 20 minute appointment, and an Introductory Package purchase will be necessary before we meet.
Assesment
Introductory Package
New clients need to complete at least 3 private sessions before joining the group classes. These sessions can also be booked as Duets. It is our priority to ensure the safe use of the equipment and that each client feels comfortable by joining the Level that is most appropriate for them.
** If for some reason you need more than the initial 3 private sessions, we honor the introductory price of $33 per class until you can graduate to group classes.

Grab a buddy and come try any of the following classes in a semi-private session: Duet. You can choose the type of class you would like to do, or better yet, mix and match for a 50/50 class! Duets are also available for first time clients doing introductory sessions.
