WELCOME TO CONTROLOGY
Pilates is composed of powerful, small, deep muscle movements that improve strength, endurance, balance, and posture. It is a safe and effective practice for people with injuries, pregnant and post-partum, older adults, and avid athletes.
Depending on your goals, even one session a week can make a huge difference! And because it works on deep tissue, its long-lasting effects allow for quick recovery when you are not able to practice often.

This is generally a 30 minute appointment and it provides time to answer any questions you may have. You can also sign up for our services during this appointment if you wish to do so.

Introductory Package
Welcome to our studio!
For all new clients, an Introductory Package consisting of 3 privates at a discounted rate, needs to be completed in order to attend group classes. Safety is our number one priority, so our one-on-one time is very important to assess your needs and ensure the correct settings of the apparatus we work with. We will spend time practicing breathing, correct body mechanics, and adjusting to your individual needs.
*If you would like to participate in more private sessions, before moving on to group classes, we will honor the discounted price for up to 10 more sessions.

NEW CLIENTS
Pilates is for everyBODY!
SEMI-PRIVATES
Grab a buddy, or two, actually up to 4 and you will only pay $29/per person with a semi-private session! The buddy system is proven to increase commitment and continuance of any workout. You will start with a walk-through of the equipment and basic moves. We will do an evaluation of each individual so that we can develop a program that meets your needs! We will then start building classes and showcasing different modalities within the Pilates system: Reformer, Jump-board, Tower, Stretch and more.
It gives you the power to develop a workout tailored to your needs!

GROUP CLASSES

Group classes are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
We have classes in the mornings and evenings.
