Myofascial release is aimed at relieving pain and increasing mobility by releasing tension in the fascia, which is the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs. It involves gentle stretching and applying pressure to various points on the body to ease restrictions in the fascia, helping to restore normal function and promote relaxation.

Gift yourself an energy massage! In this experience, we move around your whole body and aid the release of energy and emotions, allowing the river to flow freely again.
CHAKRA BALANCE
Using a pendulum, we will go through each of the 7 Chakras and ask about excesses/deficiencies so that we can target them and use Reiki to help you achieve balance. In this session we also use metal bowls to sound frequencies that help energy balance out and return to a harmonious state.

We have created an amazing opportunity for you to enjoy all the "good things" in this appointment. We combine Assisted Stretching, Reiki, and Myofascial release (superficial) throughout your body. Every experience is different, as we listen to your body's needs and honor the challenges it presents, providing you with the opportunity to let go of pain and unnecessary emotions.
** The recommended time for this appointment is 50 minutes, but if you have a targeted area that you would like to focus on, a 30 minute appointment is available.
